• Registrants who cancel before 2nd March, 2009 will be refunded full conference fee minus £75.00 processing charge
• After 2nd March, 2009, cancellations and no-shows are liable for the full registration fee.
• Transferring registration to another person with-in your organization is allowed until 2nd March, 2009.

• Refunds due to cancellation will be sent no later than 30 days after the scheduled conference date.
